1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

To register an account on dg111, you are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. dg111 will use this information to verify your identity as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change. Providing inaccurate, false, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dg111 account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. dg111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dg111 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dg111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank online transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your dg111 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider, which in the case of bKash and Nagad is typically instantaneous.

All funds deposited to dg111 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. dg111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts that do not belong to you will be reversed and the associated dg111 account may be suspended pending investigation. dg111 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dg111 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms of the relevant offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available. In addition to any offer-specific terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions on dg111.

All bonuses on dg111 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. 8. Limitation of Liability

9. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure

All registered players have access to responsible gaming tools within their account settings, including the ability to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and to request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly.
